State Bar Association Endorses Marijuana Law Reform

The Washington State Bar Association’s Board of Governors has voted to endorse a bill (SB 5615) in the upcoming legislature that would reduce the penalty for marijuana possession—currently up to a $1,000 fine and 90 days in jail—to a $100 infraction.
